Please call our office to make an appointment. Our office hours are 8:00 am to
4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
Insurance:
Most insurance is accepted. For questions concerning insurance coverage, please

Directions to our office:
The East Hills Professional Center is conveniently located on Route 60 across
from HIMG, Huntington Internal Medicine Group, at the 29th Street Exit of I-64
If traveling East on I-64, take the 29th Street Exit, (exit 15), and bear to the
right at the end of the exit ramp. Stay in the right-hand lane and make a right
turn onto Irwin Road.
(You will be turning between Taco Bell and Shoney’s.) You will drive a short
distance on Irwin Road and then turn left into the parking lot. Use the 2nd
entrance, #5187. Our office is the first one on the right.
If traveling West on I-64, take the 29th Street Exit, (Exit 15), and bear to the
left at the end of the exit ramp. You will go underneath the I-64 underpass. Get
into the right-hand
lane and turn right onto Irwin Road. (You will be turning between Taco Bell and
Shoney’s.) You will drive a short distance on Irwin Road and then turn left into
the parking lot. Use the 2nd entrance, #5187. Our office is the first one on the
right.
