WHAT’S NORMAL?
My baby nurses every two hours,
her
baby every four,
Why does "Baby Perfect"
have to
live next door?
Hers plays happily, mine’s in arms
all the time.
But the doctor says
both are
"doing fine."
Her baby’s an angel and
loves to
sleep.
But mine would rather
learn how to
creep.
Hers never fusses, but,
oh, not mine.
Yet the doctor says both
are
"doing fine."
Hers has a bowel movement
every day.
Once a week is my
baby’s way.
Mine’s a picky eater,
hers loves to
dine.
But the doctor says
both are "doing fine."
Her baby greets people
with happy
sighs.
My baby’s shy and
sometimes cries.
My baby is toothless,
hers has nine!
But the doctor says
both are
"doing fine."
When her baby’s sick,
he never
shows it.
When mine is sick, he lets
everyone
know it!
Her baby weaned first,
and mine is
much older,
I guess "normal" like
"beauty"
s in the eye of the beholder.

Office Policies
Appointments
1. Due to our busy scheduling, we have some
guidelines for making or breaking appointments. We ask that you call at
least three months in advance for routine check up appointments. This will
assure your child being seen when your schedule permits.
For cancellations, we ask that you call within 48 hours of your
appointment. This will allow someone to be scheduled in your
appointment time and will make appointments run more smoothly. In
addition, patients are seen by appointment time, not in the order they
arrive.
2. We have limited evening appointments available for
your convenience. Please cal the office to ensure proper scheduling
of the appointments. In addition, we have weekend appointments for
sick children only. If you come without an
appointment, you will be scheduled for the next available time.
This may cause a lengthy wait for your child. Please call for an
appointment.
Financial Policy
1. All co-payment amounts are due and payable at the
time of service, in accordance with the legal requirements for collecting
patient responsibility amounts.
2. All charges for services incurred outside the
office will become due and payable 90 days from the date of service. This
allows sufficient time to process insurance and to make payment in full of
any balance remaining applicable to the deductible to coinsurance amount.
3. The responsibility for payment for services
rendered to any dependent children whose parents are divorced rests with
the parent who seeks treatment. Any court ordered responsibility judgment
must be determined between the individuals involved without the inclusion
of our office.
It is our hope that the above financial policy will
allow us to provide quality care to our valued patients. If you have any
questions or need clarification of any of the above policies, please do
not hesitate to contact our office.
Our business office is open 8:00 a.m. to
4:30p.m. Monday through Friday.
If you have any
questions regarding our office procedures, our fees, or any other
policies, please let us know. We appreciate input from our patients.
