Dr. Haddox is a Board certified obstetrician-gynecologist. He sees both obstetric and gynecologic patients at the Marshall University Medical Center, and  he is also a staff gynecologist for the Veterans Administration Medical Center. He has hospital privileges at Cabell-Huntington Hospital, St. Mary's Medical Center, and the Veterans Administration Hospital in Huntington, WV.

  Ted P. Haddox, Jr., MD  

He grew up in Huntington, West Virginia and completed college and medical school at West Virginia University in Morgantown WV. He completed an internship at Charlotte Memorial Hospital in Charlotte, North Carolina and a Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Magee-Women's Hospital, University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Haddox  spent two years in the U.S. Army as a General Medical Officer. Following  fourteen years of private obstetrics practice  in Huntington,  WV, Dr. Haddox joined the faculty of the School of Medicine  in 1989 and is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.  He has been   Principal Investigator for several  clinical research projects.
