Dr. Singh has special interest and expertise in the areas of  diabetes in pregnancy and intrauterine fetal growth restriction. She is certified in prenatal diagnosis by non invasive genetic ultrasound in first trimester by Nuchal Translucency in conjunction with serum markers and genetic ultrasound markers in second trimester. She does invasive prenatal diagnostic procedures as needed, such as chorionic villus biopsy in first trimester diagnosis, fetal blood sampling, and minimally invasive fetal therapy. She is available for co-management of high risk pregnancy patients with area OB/Gyn physicians She sees patients at the Perinatal Center, at  1639 13th Avenue and  has privileges at Cabell Huntington Hospital.

 Shailini  Singh, MD

Dr. Singh completed Medical School at Lady Harding Medical College at the University of Delhi in India.   Her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology was completed at Foothills Hospital, University of Calgary in Canada. She continued education at Harvard Medical School, Brigham and Women Hospital and Joslin Diabetes Foundation in Boston, Massachusetts with a fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine. She completed an additional fellowship in Fetal Physiology/Maternal Fetal Medicine at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, Denver, Colorado. Dr. Singh is boarded in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal Fetal Medicine.  She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada and The American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She holds an International Diploma in Fetal Medicine from the Fetal Foundation of UK, and she was awarded a Senior Fulbright Scholarship by the Council for International Exchange of Scholars.

Dr.Singh is a Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the Medical Director of the Perinatal Center.
