MU JCESOM Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology

Dr. Brenda L Dawley is a Board certified obstetrician-gynecologist. She has hospital privileges at Cabell-Huntington Hospital and St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington, West Virginia. She sees both gynecologic and obstetric patients. Her specialized clinical interests are in infertility, evaluation and treatment of low and high-risk obstetrics, and laparoscopic surgeries. She has particular interest in female sexual dysfunction.

Brenda L. Dawley, MD

She earned a B.S. degree in Biochemistry from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio and completed medical school at The University of Miami School of Medicine in Miami, Florida. She completed a Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas and served as a Major in the US Army at Darnall Army Community Hospital in Fort Hood, Texas.

Dr. Dawley joined the faculty of the Medical School in 2000, and she serves as Associate Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is the Principal Investigator for multiple clinical research studies. Dr. Dawley sees patients at the following locations:
