On the 0.2 µmole Synthesis Scale, we make 15-25 A260
units of crude oligo. When OPC purification is requested, we
purify around 5 A260 units and ship this immediately. We retain
the remaining crude mixture until you request it as such (no charge) or
until you request additional OPC purified material ($10.00/ 5
A260 units).
On the 40 nMole Synthesis Scale, we usually make 5-10 A260 units
of crude oligo. When OPC purification is requested, we purify
between 2-4 A260 units. No additional OPC purifications are
possible.
