How do you receive credit for teaching towards your medical license in West Virginia?

A Physician licensed in West Virginia may claim credit for teaching medical education courses or lecture to medical students, residents, or licensed physicians, or serve as a preceptor to medical students or residents:  Provided, that a physician may not count more than twenty hours (20) in this category toward the required fifty hours (50) of continuing medical education.  See your department chairperson for required documentation.
