Honorary Member named at Investiture
Congratulations to Dr. Maurice A. Mufson
The School of Medicine Alumni Association board of directors unanimously
voted to honor Dr. Maurice A. Mufson, MD, by naming him as the 2007 honorary
member of the Association at this year's Investiture on May 4. Dr. Mufson was a
professor and the founding chair of the Department of Internal Medicine in 1976
and served as the chair until June 2000. He currently holds the position of
chair emeritus. Dr. Bradley J. Richardson, Class of 1993, and president of the
School of Medicine Alumni Association, presents the honorary award to Dr. Mufson.
